Client Guidelines

All new clients are required to schedule and complete a patch test appointment before booking any brow tint or lamination service. This is to ensure there are no allergic reactions and to maintain the safety of the client. Services will not be performed without a completed patch test on file.

A $10 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or failure to arrive on time.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

I understand that life happens! To provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly as for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged full service amount

  • Appointments can be rescheduled easily by contacting me via phone, text, DM, or through my booking system.

Refund policy

All services provided by Sculpted Brows are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you are unsatisfied with you service, please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment. I will gladly assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer complimentary adjustments within 3-5 days of the original appointment. No adjustments will be made after this time frame.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with personal preference or desired outcome

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • No-show or late arrivals

  • Services refused or discontinued during the appointment

Please note that for the comfort, safety, and privacy of all clients, I do not allow children or any additional guest to attend you appointment. I kindly ask you to come alone to ensure a calm and focused environment for your service.
